While utilizing your health insurance may be convenient and may be financially necessary, please be aware that using your insurance means you must have a mental health diagnosis and that information is reported to your insurance company. Your insurance company has the right to review your records at any time, and to ask for additional information regarding your care and our work together.
Additionally, your insurance provider may determine how many sessions you get and the time of those sessions.

Clients are encouraged to contact their healthcare provider to determine if mental health services are covered by their policy.
